Responsibilities

• Generate industry-specific content on mining and industry topics: Research and write stories for weekly features.
• Meet weekly deadlines.
• Find new story leads.
• Occasional travel for interviews and events.

Requirements

• Be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Have experience in writing for print/online publications.
• Tertiary education qualifications in journalism, writing or a related field.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage own diary.
• An interest in mining or engineering is advantageous.
