In terms of-
(a) section 77(5) of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No. 38 of 2001 herein called "the Act "), notice is given that draft amendments to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Control Regulations published in Government Notice R1456 of 20 December 2002, as amended ( "the Regulations ");
and
(b) section 74(3) of the Act, notice is given that a draft withdrawal notice of exemptions, are available on the websites of the National Treasury and the Financial Intelligence Centre, namely www.treasury.gov.za and www.fic.gov.za, respectively, and submissions on these
drafts are invited.
