In terms of:

(a) section 74(3) of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No. 38 of 2001 herein called "the Act "), notice is given that a draft withdrawal notice of exemptions;
and
(b) section 77(5) of the Act, notice is given that draft amendments to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Control Regulations published in Government Notice R1456 of 20 December 2002, as amended ( "the Regulations "),
