The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has decided to extend the time period of the general authorisations relating to subsections 21(e), 21(f), 21(g) and 21(h) of the NWA as published in the Government Notice of March 2004, for a further period until 3 September 2013, subject to any change to legislation regarding water use authorisations.
