The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs gave notice of her intention to make regulations in order to amend part (a) of Schedule 3 of the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998. The draft regulations, as set out in the schedule to the notice, are published for public comment.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations or comments in connection with the draft regulations to the Director-General within 30 days of the date of publication of the notice in the Government Gazette (i.e. on or before 18 March 2012).
