The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries made a correction to the Transfer of administration and powers and functions entrusted by the Act to the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in terms of section 97 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act 108 of 1996 (GNR 44 in Government Gazette No. 34462 of 22 July 2011) by substituting Annexure B thereof with regard to the List of state forest trees in respect of which the transfer will be done progressively but immediately following the termination of plantation forestry o­n the areas set out in the Annexure. See Government Notice No. 871 in Government Gazette No. 34683 of 21 October 2011.
