In the face of stiff competition, Adams and Adams has once again, for the second year running, been voted the law firm in South Africa offering the best law graduate programme in a recent survey completed by graduates.
Annually, the South African Graduate Recruiters Association (SAGRA) undertakes a candidate survey, which is believed to be one of the yardsticks used to measure how some of the nation’s top companies are viewed by employees, both new and also university graduates.
It is a business tool used by companies to find out how graduates experience the recruitment process. This survey collates such anonymous feedback from students which assists companies to understand what drives and motivates young professionals. Some 1,562 graduates, from 81 different organisations, including first year candidate attorneys from five different law firms completed an online survey to vote for the employer they believed offers the best candidate programme to recent graduate.

In the survey every participant had to choose one employer who in their opinion had the best graduate programme in their industry. The list of employers was made up of SAGRA members as well as other well-known organisations.
Once again Adams & Adams was voted as the top firm, with Webber Wentzel and Bowman Gilfillan featuring as runners up.
Adams and Adams is a member of SAGRA, a body aimed at assisting and advising employers on the current trends when recruiting first year graduates.
