This report outlines SEFA's progress during the period January to December 2025.

2025 was another strong year for SEFA, with USD 97-million approved for 13 projects, closely following 2024's approval record (USD 108-million across 14 projects). Additionally, USD 67-million was disbursed across the entire portfolio, exceeding the combined total of all prior SEFA 2.0 disbursement years as the
portfolio matured. Finally, USD 90-million in new donor contributions was secured, confirming that SEFA has sustained high performance across all delivery dimensions.
