I, Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor, Minister of Education, after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers and the Minister of Finance in terms of section 35(1) of the South African Schools Act 84 of 1996, hereby amend the National Norms and Standards for School Funding, as set out in the Schedule.
