CLAUSE 1
1. On page 2, after line 6, to insert
‘‘(a) substitution for the definition of ‘‘advertisement’’ of the following definition:’’.
CLAUSE 8
1. On page 7, from line 16, to omit subsection (2) and to substitute: (2) Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with section 2(5), 3(8), (9)(a) or (b) or (10), 4(1), (2), (3), (4)(a) or (b) or (5) or 5, or contravenes or fails to comply with any regulation made in terms of this Act, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding R100 000. 2.
On page 7, in line 21, to omit ‘‘(8)’’ and to substitute ‘‘(7)’’.
