Ms. Ajam has been unrelenting in her fight for the rights of workers and the eradication of gender based violence (GBV) and discrimination in the workplace.

She believes the Fourth Industrial Revolution in South Africa should focus on preparing workers for the coming changes.

“Jobs that will emerge as a result of 4IR must be identified now and those in school must be educated and trained for these jobs today” she said at the UASA 125 year celebration panel discussion.

UASA, an affiliate of FEDUSA, extends its congratulations to Ms. Ajam and FEDUSA for the appointment.

We wish her all the best in executing her duties and we are confident she will raise the FEDUSA flag high.
