- The Minister of Finance, acting in terms of section 7A(4) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), read with Proclamation No. 10 of 26 March 2010, promulgated by the President of the Republic of South Africa, which established the Government Pensions Administration Agency ("the GPAA") as a government component, hereby determines in the attached Schedule the provisions of legislation which confer powers and impose duties on the head of the GPAA, as well as the provisions which apply to the reporting, administrative, organisational, oversight and other management objects, processes and procedures of the GPAA.1.43 MB
