1. On page 3, from line 6, to omit the definition of ‘‘dangerous goods’’ and to substitute the following definition:
‘‘(iii) ‘dangerous goods’ means the commodities, substances and goods that are capable of posing a significant risk to health and safety of persons or damage to property or the environment that are listed in the appropriate standard specification of the South African Bureau of Standards [SABS 0228 ‘‘The identification and classification of dangerous substances and goods] as identified by the Minister by notice in the Gazette [’’];’’
