The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ( "the Authority ") hereby gives notice that it has received an application from Capricorn FM, for the amendment of its Radio Frequency Spectrum (RFS) Licence lodged in terms of the provision of section 31 (4) of the Electronic Communications Act, No. 36 of 2005 (ECA) read with Regulation 9 of the Radio Spectrum Frequency Regulations of 2015 as published in Government Gazette No. 38641 (as amended).
