- Electing Councillors – A Guide to Municipal Elections5.62 MB
The Dullah Omar Institute has produced a very comprehensive guide to the forthcoming Local Government Elections.
Among other things it deals with the right to vote, procedures on voting day, the way in which seats are allocated after the vote, and the electoral code of conduct.
This is a useful resource for anyone interested in a better understanding of the elections, and will be particularly useful for parishes and other institutions.
