Today, Monday 19 November 2018 , the Democratic Alliance (DA) Limpopo Premier Candidate and Leader, Jacques Smalle and the Mayor of Modimolle-Mookgophong Municipality, Marlene van Staden will brief the media regarding the EFF and ANC’s proposed Motions of No Confidence (MONCs) to remove the DA led administration in the next council meeting.
The motions were submitted in attempt to remove Mayor Van Staden, Speaker, Dingaan Motshwene and the Chief Whip, Hercules Louw after the forensic investigations pinpointed some officials from the ANC and EFF for financial mismanagement and tender irregularities before the DA-led administration took over in 2016.
Smalle will be joined by the DA Provincial Chairperson, Geoffrey Tshibvumo and Speaker, Dingaan Motshwene.
