In accordance with Rule 241(1)(b) of the Rules of the National Assembly, notice is hereby given that Michael Waters MP intends introducing a private member’s bill shortly in order to amend the Children’s Act (No. 38 of 2005) to make provision for the inclusion of certain further offences that would deem a person unsuitable to work with children, and other matters connected therewith
