I, Mildred Nelisiwe Oliphant, Minister of Labour, in terms of section 56 (1) of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 75 of 1997, hereby amend Sectoral Determination 13 Farm Worker Sector, South Africa published under Government Gazette No 34946 of 18 January 2012 and Government Gazette No 35067 of 24 February 2012 in accordance with the schedule hereto and fix 01 March 2013 as the date on which this amendment shall become binding.
