In an appeal filed with the court, Zuma and his lawyer Michael Hulley argued that prosecutors and investigators had acted illegally when they raided and seized documents from properties belonging to Zuma and Hulley in 2005.
The Supreme Court of Appeal ruled in November that the documents could be used when Zuma went to trial, now scheduled to begin in August.
