Thursday 28 August 2014, DA Leader Helen Zille will be at the Supreme Court of Appeal for the handing down of the Spy Tapes court order.
This historic milestone follows an agreement between legal teams representing the DA, NPA and Jacob Zuma to release the Spy Tapes to the DA and to appoint retired Judge Noel Hurt to review and release the records of the NPA’s decision to drop over 700 counts of corruption against the President.
The SCA will confirm tomorrow whether this agreement will now be made an order of the court.
Zille will brief media outside the SCA following the decision. She will be joined by DA Free State Leader Patricia Kopane, public representatives and DA activists.
