The Young Communist League of South Africa (uFasimba)) acknowledges the letter from the Minister of Communications, General (Ret.) Siphiwe Nyanda through his Head of Ministry and Spokesperson, refuting what was said in the E-TV interview of the 15th of February 2010 by the YCL Deputy National Secretary, Khaye Nkwanyana who created the impression that the Minister traded in the ICT sector where, as a Minister, has political oversight.

This interview was on our views on the life-style audits as raised by COSATU and supported by the Young Communist League.

We want to make an unconditional retraction in that linkage drawn to comrade Siphiwe Nyanda and hope that this will settle any misgivings that might have arose.
