The Young Communist League of South Africa (uFasimba) is saddened by the sudden passing of Comrade Molefi Sefularo, who currently served as the Deputy Minister of Health. Comrade Molefi Sefularo was involved in a tragic car accident and consequently passed on.
His profound and unequivocal commitment to South Africa resonates well in his resume and the immense contribution to the transforming of the Health care system. Dr. Molefi Sefularo was a well seasoned cadre who served on various structures within the Mass Democratic movement and hence his death is a tragic loss not only to the ANC but fellow South Africans.
We send our heart-felt condolences to his family, colleagues and fellow comrades. May his family take comfort in knowing that he was part of a team that committed to ensuring that the majority of South Africans will have access to quality health care and work vigorously in fighting the HIV/Aids pandemic. Even in his absence his work ethic will continue to showcase itself as we move towards the World cup, as he headed a strong team that will ensure that our visitors get first class health services on call during the tournament.
