According to a report of Mozambique News Agency from the capital Maputo, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding in the town of Songo in the western Mozambican province of Tete on Sunday.
The report said technicians of the two countries found the marks along the stretch between Pafuri and the Save river have been moved from their exact position. They believed it was caused by poor weather such as rains or the movement of large wild animals like elephants as the area where the marks were erected was not inhabited by people.
The two teams also agreed to add some border marks as the distance between the existing ones is too long.
