Under Section 12(3)(a) of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 2001 (Act No. 63 of 2001) as amended, I, MILDRED NELISIWE OLIPHANT, Minister of Labour, hereby amend the scale of benefits referred to in Government Notice No. 801 which was published in Government Gazette No. 30234 dated 28 August 2007 from one hundred and forty nine thousand seven hundred and thirty six rand per annum (R 149 736) to one hundred and seventy eight thousand four hundred and sixty four rand per annum (R 178 464) I fourteenthousand eight hundred and seventy two rand per month (R 14 872) I three thousand four hundred and thirty two rand per week (R 3 432) with effect from 01 October 2012.
