I, Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, hereby, in terms of section 61(d) of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act. No. 84 of 1996), after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers, hereby give my intention to amend regulations pertaining to the National Senior Certificate and accordingly invite stakeholder bodies and members of the public to comment on the relevant regulation change as set out in the Schedule.
