The applicant intends instituting action against the respondents for payment of the agreed fees due to it by the respondents in terms of contracts concluded by it with the erstwhile Department of Water Affairs and Forestry of South Africa. The reason why that department has not been cited as the respondent is that it has been split up and its two components now form part of the respondents’ departments.
