Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, hereby, in terms of section 61(i) of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act. No. 84 of 1996), after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers, implement the determination made by her in terms of Section 6A of the South African Schools Act (Act No. 84 of 1996) and published in Government Gazette No. 34600, Notice No. 723 of 12 September 2011.
