Angelina Matsie "Angie" Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, after consultation with the council of Education Ministers, and in terms of section 3(4)(a) of the National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996), hereby proclaims the termination of the four-year survey and to amend Paragraph 2 to 4 of the Government Gazette, Vo1.502, No. 29757 of 02 April 2007, to exclude all clauses stipulating requirements to implement it.
