The South African Police Service is consulting on regulations under section 24(1)(eeA) of the South African Police Service Act, 1995, (Act No. 68 of 1995), with a view to submitting draft regulations to the Minister of Police for consideration. The attached draft Regulations have been drafted for consultation purposes. An invitation is hereby extended to any person, or private or public institution that may have an interest to comment on the draft regulations, within 30 days from the date of publication of this Gazette.
