The Minister of Social Development intends to amend the Social Assistance Act 2004 (Act 13 of 2004). Interested parties are invited to submit comments on the proposed amendment bill to the Director-General: Social Development, Private Bag X901, Pretoria, 0001, fax number 012 312 7210 or e-mail: puselesol@socdev.gov.za (for attention: Mr. Puseletso Loselo) within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice.
