Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, after consultation with the National Skills Authority, has under section 9(1) of the Skills Development Act, 1998 read with Government Notice No. R. 1082 of 7 September 1999 as amended, established the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) as indicated in schedule 1 with effect from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2016 with a jurisdiction as indicated in schedule 2.
