Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby intends, after consulting with the National Skills Authority, to make Regulations, in terms of sections 9(1); 13(1) and 13(4) read with section 36(s) of the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998) and hereby publish these draft Regulations for public comment.
