Dube Phineas Tshidi, registrar of Short-term Insurance, hereby – under Item 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Short-term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No. 53 of 1998), prescribe the requirements for the calculation of the value of the assets, liabilities and capital adequacy requirement of short-term insurers, a set out in the Schedule hereto.
