Under the powers vested in me by section 49(1)(b) of the Sheriffs Act, 1986 (Act 90 of 1986), Jeffrey Thamasanqa Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, hereby, for the purposes of the said section determine the amount of the fine to be R25 000.
