The South African Police Service is consulting on regulations under section 41(1) of the Second-Hand Goods Act, 2009 (Act No. 6 of 2009 (Act No. 6 of 2009), with a view to submitting draft regulations to the Minister of Police for consideration when the Act comes into operation.
