President Jacob Zuma has appointed the following persons to the Independent Commission on the Remuneration of Public Office Bearers:
• Judge Willie Seriti (Chairperson)
• Ms Tshidi Mokgabudi (Deputy Chairperson)
• Dr Mark Herbert Raymond Bussin
• Dr Mpilenhle Pearl Sithole
• Ms Philisiwe Buthelezi
• Mr Blake Keith Mosley-Lefatola
They will join the two commissioners who are each still serving a five-year term:
• Ms Nicky Newton-King (appointed 10 March 2006)
• Mr Raphael Martin (appointed 24 November 2005)
"I wish all the new appointees well in their responsibilities, and thank all the outgoing commissioners for the dedicated manner in which they undertook their work," President Zuma said.
