I am proud and elated to have been invited to this august occasion which reflects our government's commitment to ensuring that investments in infrastructure benefit all people. This investment by government in the upgrade of the weather radar network of out country is one that will ultimately benefit and improve the lives of all our people. It is also a crucial part of government's broad efforts to ensure investment in our infrastructure system.
