In terms of sections 1(2) and 108(2) of the Revenue Laws Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No. 60 of 2008), Pravin Gordhan, Minister of Finance, hereby determines that sections 1(1) and 108(1)(a) (insofar as it amends paragraphs (s) and (t) of section 11(1) of the Value-Added Tax Act, 1991) of the aforementioned Act shall come into operation on 31 October 2009.
