Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, after having considered an application by the Association For The Aged (also known as TAFTA) for exemption of 8 Life Right Development Centres from the provisions of Regulation 7 to 14 of the Housing Development Schemes for Retired persons Act No. 65 of 1988 (the Act) of which public notice was given in Notice 502 of 2011, published in Government Gazette No. 34488 of 29 July 2011, does hereby grant the exemption of the centres mentioned in the attached schedule in terms of section 10 of the Act..
