Jeffrey Thamasanqa Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, acting under section 31(1)(a) of the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act, 2002 (Act No. 70 of 2002), hereby prescribes the forms of assistance as set out in Column 1 of the Schedule for which a postal service provider must be compensated in accordance with the tariffs prescribed in Column 2 of the Schedule.
