The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development has, under section 62A of the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Cimmunication-related Information Act, 2002 (Act No. 70 of 2002), for the duration of the period of 18 months contemplated in section 62(6)(a) of the said Act, determined a uniform tariff of compensation of R3,00 (Value Added Tax included) for compliance with section 62(6)(a) in respect of every SIM-card.
