Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, MP, Minister of Higher Education and Training intends to introduce the Higher Education and Training Laws Amendment Bill, 2010; the Higher Educations Laws Amendment Bill, 2010 and the Skills Development Levies Amendment Bill, 2010 in the National Assembly in September 2010. The explanatory summaries of the Bills are hereby published in accordance with Rule 241 (c) of the Rules of the National Assembly.
