I, Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma, President of the Republic of South Africa, hereby, in
 erms of section 25 of the Protection of Constitutional Democracy against Terrorist and Related Activities Act, 2004 (Act No. 33 of 2004 }, give notice that the Security Council of the United Nations, under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, has amended the Lists reflected in the Annexures in respect of entities which have beenidentified as being -
