Under section 10(4)(a) of the protected Disclosures Act, 2000 (Act No. 26 of 2000), Jeffrey Thamasanqa Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, after consultation with the Minister of Public Service and Administration, hereby publishes the Practical Guidelines for Employees, as approved by parliament in terms of section 10(4)(b) of the Act, in the Schedule.
