In terms of section 17(1) of the Prohibitions or Restriction of Certain Conventional Weapons Act, 2008 (Act No. 18 of 2008), Lindiwe Sisulu, Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, hereby publishes a notice setting out the English text of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May be Deemed to be Excessively Injurious or To Have Indiscriminate Effect of 10 October 1980 and its Protocols, as set out in the Schedule.
