Pravin J. Gordhan, Minister of Finance, acting in terms of section 1(iii)(f) of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 (Act No. 5 of 2000), hereby gives notice that the Preferential Procurement Framework Act, 2000 (Act No. 5 of 2000) and its Regulations shall apply to all public entities listed in Schedules 2 and 3 of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999) with effect from 07 December 2011.
