I, Ms Dipuo Peters, Minister of Energy, under section 2(1 )(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum retail price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first Wednesday of each month.
