The Minister of Energy with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance have approved the budget and levies for the petroleum pipeline industry in terms of section 2(4) of the Petroleum Pipelines Levies Act (Act No. 28 of 2004) as proposed by the National Energy Regulator of South Africa for the 2012/13 financial year.
