I, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, Minister of Health, hereby in terms of Section 105A of the Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Act, 1973 (Act No. 78 of 1973), with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, increase the pension benefits which are payable from the State Account of the Compensation Fund with effect from the 1st April 2017 by R90.00 per pensioner beneficiary per month.
