I, Dr Rob Davies, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby, in terms of section 87 of the National Gambling Act, 2004(Act No. 7 of 2004) after consultation with the Council and the National Gambling Board, intend to make amendments to the regulations in the Schedule.
